Help set the course: What should Finansforbundet fight for?
This autumn, Finansforbundet will be plotting the course for the next three years, and we are eager to hear your input so that we are able to bring the most compelling stories to the National Congress debate.
At the National Congress on 22-24 September 2026, the Finansforbundet delegates will determine the strategy for the next three years.
Your input helps ensure a direction that reflects the realities of your working life. This way, you’ll help draw attention to the issues that matter most to you and your colleagues.

If you use the printed postcards, please return them to your union representative or a member of the Local Branch Executive Committee. Scan the completed cards and forward them to the Local Branch Executive Committee – or drop them off in person.
The delegation from each branch will bring your perspectives and those of your colleagues to the National Congress.
