What are we fighting for? Rate on a scale from 1 to 10

1: First and foremost, Finansforbundet should protect the individual member. We exist to provide close, professional advice and legal protection that makes a real difference in our members' lives. 2 3 4 5: Neutral 6 7 8 9 10: First and foremost, Finansforbundet should protect the community. Our key mission is to bring the sector together and set common agendas, so that we have the strength to change the things that matter to the community.

Cooperation Rate on a scale from 1 to 10

1: Finansforbundet should aim to have close and constructive cooperation with employers. We get the best results by being at the table – not away from it. 2 3 4 5: Neutral 6 7 8 9 10: Finansforbundet must dare make the necessary demands and express our disagreement. We must dare to come into conflicts and show our strength when our collaboration is not bringing about sufficient changes for our members.

What do union representatives fight for? Rate on a scale from 1 to 10

1: A union representative must fight for all colleagues – including those who are not members. This is the best way to show what the trade union is worth. 2 3 4 5: Neutral 6 7 8 9 10: The loyalty of a union representative is with his or her members – they have chosen to unionise, and that should have a concrete impact on their daily lives.

Flexibility Rate on a scale from 1 to 10

1: Flexibility is one of the greatest achievements in modern work – the right to choose when and how to work and we must fight to keep it. 2 3 4 5: Neutral 6 7 8 9 10: Flexibility without limits is freedom on paper. In practice, it means that the job always wins. We must establish a collective framework that protects all non-working hours.

Management Rate on a scale from 1 to 10

1: Finansforbundet should perceive managers as allies – they are under pressure, and our progress is achieved by helping them be better managers. 2 3 4 5: Neutral 6 7 8 9 10: Finansforbundet must insist that managers and employees do not always share interests – regardless of the excellent skills of the manager.

How will we use your contribution?

Your answers will be passed on to the Branch delegates, who will bring your perspective with them to the National Congress. This means that when they participate in debates and take a position on new proposals, the delegates will have the perspectives of you and your colleagues in mind. Your voice will help ensure that the decisions discussed at the National Congress are based on real life at work.
