It is important that we remember to acknowledge each other – even in a busy everyday life – because it is nice to be appreciated on a daily basis.
Sometimes you can miss an occasion. Here, we hope that the Skulderklap prize can mean that you put into words why your colleague is something very special.
In January, we celebrated Daoud, Lars, Lene, Marikka, Niels-Ole and Pernille. Should it be YOUR close colleague next time?
What does it take to be nominated? You decide, but it can be someone who spreads energy, shows extra care or is full of creativity and social initiatives.
Among the nominations, Finansforbundet i Nordea selects a total of six winners, who will be celebrated on Finansforbundet i Nordea's 36th birthday on 12 January 2027, where we end with a tour and lunch at the Workers' Museum. The winners also receive a prize of DKK 5,000.
All nominated colleagues are celebrated locally with breakfast or something else together with their team.
How to nominate
You must be at least two colleagues behind the nomination, but you are welcome to be more (e.g. a team). You can only nominate colleagues working in Denmark, and only members of Finansforbundet in Nordea are eligible for winning the Skulderklap prizes.

The nomination form is in both Danish and English (select language on the first page of the form).
On 7 December, we will announce the names of the six members who have won.
